Monolithic refractory installation, also known as unshaped refractory installation, uses materials classified into Conventional Castable (CC), Low Cement Castable (LCC), Ultra Low Cement Castable (ULCC), and Non-Conventional Castable.
The installation method involves mixing the material with water/solvent according to the Technical Data Sheet (TDS). The process uses paddle mixers and vibrators to produce refractory linings resistant to abrasion, high temperatures, thermal shock, and chemical infiltration.
The installation process is carried out under strict quality control to ensure reliability and durability.
